Frequently Asked Question

If you are printing a label and it is off alignment, please perform the following steps on the label printer:

1. Press the button that corresponds to MENU.
2. Press the right arrow key until you see “Setup” the press SELECT.
3. You should see “Supply” under “SETUP”, if not, press the right arrow key until you see “Supply” then press SELECT.
4. If the supply type does not match the labels you are using, press CHANGE then use the right or left arrow keys to change the supply type then press SET to save the setting

Note: E Black Mark – for labels with black stripes on the back.

E Die Cut – for labels without black stripes on the back.

5. Press BACK twice until you see “Ready” then press SELECT to return label printer in Ready mode. You should see the IP address 10.1.130.XXX (XX represents numbers that are assigned to each Monarch Printer).
