*The same issue that happened before with the shelf tags printing off center and cutting off at the wrong spot is happening again. Tested on AU and Mon DC1. Same issue and multiple users, so it is not specific to a single user or computer.
*Looks like when we are printing shelf tags on using our monarch printer its not aligning properly. Can you guys please help us?
*I am having problems with the Monarch printer. When I print the 1.5x1.5 book tag, the barcode is at the bottom of the tag but the UPC/ISBN number is printed on the top of the next tag. Could you have someone come fix it when you get the chance?
The issues mentioned above are due to incorrect supply type setting on the Monarch printers. Currently, there are two types of labels that I am aware of:
If you are printing a label and it is off alignment, please perform the following steps on the label printer:
E Die Cut – for labels without black stripes on the back.

The issues mentioned above are due to incorrect supply type setting on the Monarch printers. Currently, there are two types of labels that I am aware of:
- Edge Black Mark – This type of label has the black stripes on the back which lets the Monarch printer know where to start printing.
- Edge Die Cut - This type of label does not have black stripe on the back.
If you are printing a label and it is off alignment, please perform the following steps on the label printer:
- Press the button that corresponds to MENU.
- Press the right arrow key until you see “Setup” the press SELECT.
- You should see “Supply” under “SETUP”, if not, press the right arrow key until you see “Supply” then press SELECT.
- If the supply type does not match the labels you are using, press CHANGE then use the right or left arrow keys to change the supply type then press SET to save the setting
E Die Cut – for labels without black stripes on the back.
- Press BACK twice until you see “Ready” then press SELECT to return label printer in Ready mode. You should see the IP address 10.1.130.XXX (XX represents numbers that are assigned to each Monarch Printer).
