How to Unlock Account On Campus (Career Staff Only)

  1. Click on "Reset Password / Unlock Account" from either the bottom of the Password field or at the bottom left of your screen:

  2. Click on "Unlock Account" or "Reset Password"

  3. Type in your username then click "Continue"

  4. Click on the "V" to the right of "Select Email ID" and select your email address. Click Continue

  5. Check your email for the verification code from is@asucla.ucla.edu and type it in the textbox to the left of "Resend Code". Type in the Captcha characters as instructed then click "Continue" to unlock your account.
